We are an indie production company based out of Louisville, KY! Through thoughtful writing, intentional directing, and engagement with our local community, we hope to create films that inspire in others the same love for the arts that drives us. While we mostly focus on producing original scripts, we are always on the lookout for other Louisville locals with a passion for storytelling.

Shrike and Thorn was created by Evan Sims and Macedonia Alexis, both of whom started out as actors but have now worn about every hat there is in film production. See below for more about the creators!
